The new 3D technology requires a special 3D-ready Blu-Ray player like the Samsung BD-C6900. It’s of course possible to connect a normal DVD- or Blu-Ray Player to your UN46C7000, but it won’t play the new special 3D Blu-Ray discs like “Monsters vs. Aliens” correctly.
